Mobiletiket is a digital platform that allows the reservation, purchase, and management of electronic tickets for events, shows, transportation, and urban mobility experiences. The service includes the issuance of QR codes, validation at access points, and real-time capacity management.
The user accesses the platform through the website mobiletiket.com or authorized mobile applications. To use the service, it is necessary to register and accept these terms.
User Responsibilities
The user agrees to provide truthful data during registration and with each reservation. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for immediately notifying any unauthorized use.
- Not sharing access credentials with third parties.
- Not reselling tickets purchased through the platform without express authorization.
- Not using automated systems to make bulk reservations.
- Respecting the specific conditions of each event or contracted service.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund and the temporary or permanent suspension of the account.
Mobiletiket Responsibilities
Mobiletiket is committed to keeping the platform operational with the highest possible availability, except for scheduled maintenance interruptions or force majeure events. The platform implements technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data and transactions.
The company acts as an intermediary between event organizers or mobility providers and end users. Mobiletiket is not responsible for the cancellation, modification, or poor quality of the event or contracted service, unless such cancellation is directly attributable to the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Mobiletiket be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the service. The maximum cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property and License to Use
All content on the platform — including texts, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Mobiletiket or its licensors. The user obtains a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the service as intended in these terms.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from the content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the type of service contracted and the policy of the organizer or provider. Generally, tickets for events can be canceled up to 48 hours before the start with the right to an 80% refund of the amount. Transportation and mobility tickets are governed by the specific conditions of each operator.
- Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the event: no refunds are made.
- Errors attributable to Mobiletiket in issuing the ticket: full refund.
- Cancellation of the event by the organizer: the refund is managed according to the organizer's policy.
To request a refund, the user must contact the support team via email at info@mobiletiket.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the request.
Data Protection and Privacy
Mobiletiket processes personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation. The information collected is used exclusively for managing reservations, improving the service, and sending communications related to the platform, always with the user's consent.

Modification of Terms
Mobiletiket reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect thirty days after their publication on the platform. If the user does not accept the new terms, they may cancel their account and request termination of the service.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or compliance shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Seville, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
